Who should submit? Abstracts are welcomed from all members of the neural computation community of Southern California. Research areas include all aspects of neural computation including cellular, network, and systems-level modeling; applications of neuromorphic algorithms and hardware to problems in vision, speech, motor control, and cognitive function. Several of the abstracts will be chosen to give an oral talk.
